This USER AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between PIVOTCAL, INC. ("PivotCal", "our," "us," or "we") and you individually (in each case "you" or "your"). If you wish to participate as a user of PivotCal's services, you must click on the "I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement" button. By clicking the "I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement" button you acknowledge: (a) that you have read and understood this Agreement; and (b) that this Agreement has the same force and effect as an agreement signed with original signatures. If you do not click on the "I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement" button you will not be entitled to participate as a user of PivotCal. This User Agreement was last revised on July 1, 2025. We reserve the right to change the terms contained herein, in our sole discretion, at any time. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY ASSOCIATED APPLICATIONS AFTER SUCH CHANGES ARE POSTED, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THIS USER AGREEMENT. PivotCal provides a comprehensive calendar and event management platform for organizations and their members. Organizations can create, schedule, and manage events, sessions, and activities. Members can browse, register, and pay for events through the platform. Fees may apply based on your organization's subscription plan and the specific events you choose to attend.
Organization Features: Organizations can manage their calendar, create public or private events, set pricing for sessions, manage member registrations, and process payments. Organizations maintain control over their event scheduling, pricing, and member management.
PivotCal users gain access to a full-featured calendar and event management system. Organizations can create and manage unlimited events, sessions, and activities. The services included in our platform are as follows: 1) calendar management, 2) event creation and scheduling, 3) member registration system, 4) payment processing for paid events, 5) attendee management, 6) communication tools, 7) reporting and analytics, 8) mobile access, and 9) integration capabilities with other calendar systems.
Organizations have full control over their event pricing, scheduling, and member access. They can create both free and paid events, manage recurring sessions, and set capacity limits.

We observe major holidays and services may be limited on these days. Premium support options are available for organizations requiring extended coverage.
To use PivotCal, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Organizations can invite members and manage user roles and permissions within their workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Organizations may charge fees for events and sessions. PivotCal processes payments on behalf of organizations and may charge a transaction fee. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund policies are set by individual organizations for their events. PivotCal subscription fees for organizations are billed according to the selected plan.
Event Cancellations: Event organizers may cancel events according to their policies. Attendees will be notified of cancellations and refunds will be processed according to the organization's refund policy.
Account Termination: You may cancel your PivotCal account at any time through your account settings. Organizations must settle any outstanding fees before account closure. Upon termination, your data will be retained according to our data retention policy.
Subscription Cancellation: Organizations may cancel their subscription according to their plan terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
PIVOTCAL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL, IN ALL CASES, BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU OR YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PIVOTCAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF PIVOTCAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

All content, features, and functionality of PivotCal's services and platforms are owned by PivotCal, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
